Reminder: Arraignment & Plea of Mauna Kea Protectos in Hilo Court

REMINDER

Aloha kakou,

On Friday morning, Aug. 23rd at 8:30 EIGHT of the 38 kupuna arrested on July 17th at the Mauna Kea Access Rd for seeking to protect Sacred Mauna a Wakea from desecration will appear in Hilo District court (Courtoom 2B) for arraignment.  Other dates for the remaining kupuna are Sept. 20 and another date in late October.  All are welcome to come and support the Mauna protectors.  Please pass the word. It’s likely to be a very short court proceeding consisting of entering a plea and setting trial date.
