*Press release on court case challenging  all subleasing on Mauna Kea, 
also throughout Hawaii; and illegal taking of land in Pohakuloa.

is 15-1-0216, in the 3rd Circuit Court, Hilo.

The named defendants are: University Of Hawaii; Department Of Land And 
Natural Resources; State Of Hawaii; Board Of Regents; Office Of Mauna 
Kea Management; Department Of Hawaiian Home Lands; President Barack 
Obama/ Predecessor; United States Military; Governor David Ige/ 
Predecessor; Jane/John Does 1-1000.

Pro se plaintiff, Mike Yellen said, "I just filed my amended complaint 
on the Nov. 17th. “Challenging all subleasing on Mauna Kea, also 
throughout Hawaii; and illegal taking of land in Pohakuloa.” The issues 
that I filed on are: 1) All the subleasing on Mauna Kea are illegal, TMT 
cannot go on and even the other telescopes must be removed. 2) That all 
subleasing that were made based on the Act throughout Hawaii are 
illegal. 3) All leases throughout Hawaii that are not in compliance with 
the Act are illegal. 4) That the executive order issued by the president 
in 1964 is illegal. He does not have the power to take land. 5) That the 
executive order issued by the governor in 1956 is illegal. He too did 
not have the power to issue such an executive order. 6) That all lands 
in the PTA be returned back to the Hawaiians and that all bombing stop. 
7) That all presidential orders issued in Hawaii that took land are 
illegal. 8) That all governor's orders that took land are illegal. 9) 
That the blood quantum of 50 percent is unconstitutional. The damages 
requested are: Compensatory damages in the amount of Five Hundred 
Million ($500,000,000.00) Dollars per Defendant; Punitive damages in the 
amount of Five Hundred Million ($500,000,000.00) Dollars per Defendant; 
Punitive damages in the amount of Ten Million ($10,000,000.00) Dollars 
per Defendant, except Defendants Obama, and U.S. Military for each and 
every sublease that was issued in violation of the Hawaiian Homes Act, 
1920; Punitive damages in the amount of Ten Million ($10,000,000.00) 
Dollars per Defendant, except Defendants Obama, and U.S. Military for 
each and every lease that was issued in violation of the Hawaiian Homes 
Act, 1920; Punitive damages in the amount of Ten Million 
($10,000,000.00) Dollars from Defendants Obama, and U.S. Military for 
each Presidential Executive Order concerning the taking of land in 
Hawaii; and Punitive damages in the amount of Ten Million 
($10,000,000.00) Dollars from Defendant Ige for each Governor's 
Executive Order concerning the taking of land in Hawaii."
