U.S. House passes preventive detention 283-136
Hawaii House Congress representatives Mazie Hirono and Colleen Hanabusa both voted for the bloated military budget that included the provision for preventive detention of suspected terrorist. The U.S. is on the downward spiral of a police state. Shame on Hirono and Hanabusa. What happened to human rights, not to mention the Christmas spirit of peace on earth, good will to all.
The Senate will likely vote tomorrow.
