Some very good News!
The Hawaii County Council today, Nov. 8, 2024, passed Bill 206 draft 2 that repeals the 40-year-old military exemption from Hawaii County’s historic Nuclear-Free Law. The bill now goes to Mayor Mitch Roth for his signature to officially become law. Mahalo to the Hawaii County Council members.
