White House fails to make case that Russian hackers tampered with election

US issued JAR billed itself as an indictment that would prove Russian involvement.

Dec. 2016 President Barrack Obama expels 35 Russian diplomats and their families from US and threatens other sanctions for unsubstantiated claims of Russian interfering in US elections. Russian President Vladimir Putin responds by inviting US diplomats and their families in Moscow to a New Year’s dinner party.

It appears to me that all these claims of “The Russians did it” are an attempt to shift the focus away from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) interfering with the Democratic primary by sabotaging Bernie Sanders chances by tilting the scales toward Hillary Clinton. The classic “Dog ate my homework excuse.”
