Stand Up!  Speak Out!  Diplomacy not War!

I urge people everywhere to use every non-violent means possible to stand up and speak out against war .  Join the peace vigils in your communities  (Hilo 3:30-5PM Fridays at the downtown Post office), write Congress and the President, sign petitions,etc. etc. Every effort is important.

The situation between the U.S. and North Korea is extremely dangerous. Even if nuclear weapons are not used, any conventional war could result in the death of hundreds of thousands of people.  With nuclear weapons, the deaths could be in the millions.
