U.S. has Spent $32 Million Per Hour on War Since 2001
U.S. has Spent $32 Million Per Hour on War Since 2001
That totals $5.6 trillion since 2001, when the U.S. invaded Afghanistan. Every American taxpayer has spent almost $24,000 on the wars.
What has this money bought? Millions killed, injured, and made refugees. Infrastructure destroyed and chaos and hatred created toward the U.S. throughout the middles east. And remember the Pentagon can’t account for $21 Trillion Missing Dollars in its spending. Why no audit, people being held accountable? Doesn’t anybody care?

Protest ongoing wars and Hawaii as war training ground.

Main Gate 9AM-1PM
(Car pools leave 8AM from Hilo side Komohana and Saddle Rd)
On Thursday, April 18, 2019 the 133,000-acre military Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) is hosting an “Experience Pohakuloa Day” event at the base from 9AM till 1PM. School children, parents and people from the community are being invited on base. It should be noted that Pohakuloa is a hazardous toxic waste dump from more than 75 years of live-fire training of weapons by the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. More than 14 million live-rounds are fired annually at Pohakuloa. Depleted Uranium (DU) radiation rounds have been used at PTA.
Please view the short video of Dr. Lorrin Pang, M.D., public health officer and retired Army Medical Corps explaining the health dangers of inhaling DU oxide dust particles (See https://vimeo.com/19153948). Allowing children in your care to attend programs at Pohakuloa unnecessarily puts them at risk.
