Re: Press Release: Prosecutor cannot recharge Albertini for April 2, 2015 arrest to protect Mauna Kea

News flash: Just informed by a lawyer that  the  Prosecutor cannot refile charges against me because  the statute of limitation for petty offense is one year under HRS 701-108(2)(f) & has expired as of April 3rd since the date of the protest to protect Mauna Kea where i was arrested was April 2, 2015.
