RIMPAC and La Ho’i Ho’i Ea
Stop Bombing Hawaii!
For people, plants and animals, for air, land and sea…
Protest RIMPAC! Malama Honua! Care for the Earth!
RIMPAC (Rim of the Pacific), the world’s largest U.S. led deadly war game, is taking place in and around Hawaii from June 30 to Aug. 4.
Ka La Ho’iho’i Ea – Hawaii Restoration Day!
On July 31, 1843 British Admiral Richard Thomas restored the Hawaii Kingdom government from an earlier British unjust and illegal takeover in February of 1843. King Kamehameha III proclaimed before a large crowd, ua mau ke ea o ka ‘aina i ka pono (the life/sovereignty of the land is perpetuated in righteousness). The King’s statement became the national motto.
Hawaii Nationals are still waiting for restoration from the illegal U.S. take over of Hawaii in 1893.
Protect Pohakuloa! End U.S. Occupation!
