CLASSIFICATION: UNCLASSIFIED Aloha, I am pleased to announce that we will be holding another consultation meeting for the development of a programmatic agreement for routine military training on Hawai'i Island. Two meetings are scheduled, one in Hilo and one in Kailua-Kona. We will continue discussion of routine military training, historic property identification, and potential effects to historic properties.
