A peace organizing meeting is set for Monday, Sept. 11 from 6-8 PM at the Kea’au Community Center, located behind the Kea’au police station and health clinic.
22 years since the 9-11 disaster. Reflections on that event and endless wars since.
Topics for discussion include: International Peace Day (Sept. 21st) protest planned to Stop Bombing Pohakuloa at PTA main gate 10:30-noon; ongoing war in Ukraine and DU weapons and cluster bombs being sent there by the US; speakers at our next meeting Sept. 25 –Jack & Felice Cohen-Joppa of The Nuclear Resister.
