Get copies of files the Government may have on you

This is easy print out form letters.  Takes very little time.  Might be interesting to see what pops up in terms of government monitoring of peace, justice, independence activity.
I sent letters in April 2016.  The FBI responded recently saying they have 1304 pages on me.  It will cost me $40 to get 3 CDS with the pages in them or $60 for paper pages. I’ll keep you posted of anything interesting when i get my 3 FBI CDs.

Stop Bombing Hawaii!

The Range Control office at the military’s 133,000-acre Pohakuloa Training Area, located in the center of Hawaii Island has confirmed that Pohakuloa will be a target of live -fire for ground forces and aircraft participating in RIMPAC 2016 during the month of July. What other military actions will be taking place in and around Hawaii as part of RIMPAC 2016 have not been disclosed.

Pohakuloa has been used as a bombing and live-fire site for more than 50 years. It is contaminated with a wide range of military toxins, including Depleted Uranium (DU). Continued bombing risks spreading the contamination, possibly endangering the lives of troops training there and residents and visitors alike downwind. DU is particularly dangerous when small particles are inhaled.

“As the world’s largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity that helps participants foster and sustain cooperative relationships that are critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world’s oceans,” so claims the Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet.  RIMPAC 2016 is the 25th exercise in the series that began in 1971.

Muhammad Ali has passed the torch of justice and peace to us

R.I.P. Muhammad Ali

Champ – War Resister!

King and AliMuhammad Ali & Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Muhammad Ali, who died June 3, 2016 at the age of 74, courageously took a stand against the Vietnam war risking years in prison and giving up millions of dollars in income for principles of peace and justice. He refused to be drafted to fight in Vietnam and was given the maximum sentence of 5 years in prison, stripped of his world heavyweight boxing title, and banned from boxing for nearly 4 years in the prime of his life. His prison sentence was stayed pending appeal.

In his own words Ali famously stated I ain’t got no quarrel with them Viet Cong. No Viet Cong ever called me nigger.” He went on to say: “Why should they ask me to put on a uniform and go 10,000 miles from home and drop bombs and bullets on Brown people in Vietnam while so-called Negro people in Louisville are treated like dogs and denied simple human rights? No I’m not going 10,000 miles from home to help murder and burn another poor nation simply to continue the domination of white slave masters of the darker people the world over. This is the day when such evils must come to an end… I will not disgrace my religion, my people or myself by becoming a tool to enslave those who are fighting for their own justice, freedom and equality…”

Ali’s brave stance encouraged more resistance to the U.S. war in Vietnam. Eventually consensus on the war changed and the U.S. Supreme Court reversed the decision against Ali in 1971. History has proved Ali and the anti-war movement right but more than 3 million Vietnamese and 58,000 Americans were killed and millions more paid a terrible price along the way. In this present era of endless war, Muhammad Ali’s anti-war stance won’t be celebrated by most people in, or seeking, political power. So it is up to us to carry the torch for justice and peace he passed to us.

Honor Ali’s Bravery: Dismantle the U.S. War Machine!

  1. Mourn all victims of violence. 2. Reject war as a solution. 3. Defend civil liberties.
    4. Oppose all discrimination, anti-Islamic, anti-Semitic, anti-Hawaiian, etc.
    5. Seek peace through peaceful means and work for justice in Hawai`i and around the world.
