News Flash — Trial for Fri. Jan. 31st postponed

I just had a call from my volunteer attorney that the Trial set for Friday, Jan. 31st has been postponed.  No new trial date set.  One of the attorneys in our group has filed a motion with the State Supreme Court for a Writ of Mandamus over jurisdiction.  Stay tuned.
