This Kawaihae harbor expansion is for military ships bringing tanks, etc. to Pohakuloa, right? Shut down Pohakuloa. No more tanks, No Harbor expansion, no beach destruction. But make the military clean up its mess of 75-plus years bombing Pohakuloa.
