Please call or email Hawaii County Mayor Mitch Roth urging him to sign the Nuclear Free Law

Some very good news—on Friday, Nov. 8th, the Hawaii County Council passed unanimously Bill 206 draft 2 to repeal the 40-year-old military exemption from Hawaii County’s Nuclear-Free Law. The Bill now goes to Mayor Roth for his signature to become law. The Bill passed unanimously in Committee and unanimously in two Council votes.
